Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing, verification and fulfillment.

PLEASE NOTE ALL ORDER CANCELLATIONS REQUESTED PRIOR TO SHIPPING/FULFILLMENT WILL NOW BE PROCESSED WITH A CANCELLATION/RESTOCKING FEE OF $5 FOR ALL ORDERS UNDER $100 AND 5% FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $100. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

ANY ORDER THAT IS TAGGED BY SHOPIFY AS MEDIUM/HIGH FRAUD ANALYSIS WILL BE CANCELLED.

SHIPPING:

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. 

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

We can not and will not charge or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. (Billing address)

Please note, all online orders are required to have a matching Billing and Shipping address. Address that do not comply will not be processed.

Monday - Saturday: 11a - 7p CST

Sundays: 12a - 5p CST

Please note: Any international orders that are placed online will be cancelled.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:

All Release Date Products are considered final sale (not eligible for refund/return/exchange/store credit). Release Date Products include any items shoes or clothing that are released on a specific Date.

Returns will be accepted for items within 14 days of purchase with the exception of final sale items.

ALL RETURNS REQUIRE PRIOR APPROVAL VIA EMAIL.

TO REQUEST A RETURN YOU MUST EMAIL CONTACT@SHOPFOSTER.COM TO OBTAIN A RETURN REQUEST.

All conditions below must be met for the return to take place:

- All items must be unused and unworn.

- Clothing must not be worn, altered or washed and must have all tags attached - once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Shoes must not be worn or creased to the point where they would be deemed worn or not 100% brand new merchandise. Once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged.

- All shoes must include the original shoe box in its original condition.

- Please note Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

For returns, customers will be granted an online store credit equal to the amount of the item(s) returned, minus the original shipping fee.

A shipping label can be generated upon request of a return or exchange. The online store credit CAN NOT be used for in-store purchases or phone orders.

We do not accept returns on sale items.

All sales on sale items are final.

If sales items are returned, the package(s) will be refused, which Foster will not be held responsible for and will be charged with a $20 restocking fee.

 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Unfortunately sometimes, once shipped, packages go missing or are marked as delivered, yet you have not received the item. In this case, you should contact USPS and file a lost or stolen package claim online HERE.
