Shipping & Returns

Please note, all online orders are required to have a matching Billing and Shipping addresses. Orders that do not comply will not be processed.


Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

We can not and will not charge or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. (Billing address)


All U.S. order are shipped based on your selection at checkout.


Unfortunately we have halted all international orders at this time.

Please note: Any international orders that are placed online will be cancelled.



Foster reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping. A shipping label will be generated upon request of a return or exchange and subtracted from the final refund.

Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address or issued store credit minus a 15% restocking fee at our discretion. Original shipping is not returned.

Returns will be accepted for items within 14 days of purchase with the exception of final sale items. All tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact; and the product must be unused. For returns, customers will be granted a refund equal to the amount of the item(s) returned, minus the original shipping fee.

We do not accept international returns.

We do not accept returns on sale items. All sales on sale items are final. If sales items are returned, the package(s) will be refused, which Foster will not be held responsible for.

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of Foster receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

To receive a refund for your return, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Initiate a return within 14 days of your shipping date
  • In original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
  • Returned with original tags and packaging

Unfotunately sometimes, once shipped, packages go missing or are marked as delivered, yet you have not received the item. In this case, you should contact USPS and file a lost or stolen package claim online HERE.
